It’s pretty clear this is a low budget production, given that its from a web series production from a relatively unknown company (as far as I know, I could be wrong). The part that really annoyed me most was the bad cinematography. I really wasn’t sure what to expect, whatever it was… the pilot episode didn’t really reach any viable standard. They’re made for two completely different audiences that are attracted to different aspects of “drama”. The thing is… you can’t compare this detail for detail to the Korean version in any way shape or form. Well, the first episode came out today… and I took a leap and uh… took it for a test run. Remember way back when when I wrote that whole thing about the American adaptation of the Korean drama Boys Over Flowers?
